The concept of "Smart Society" was also proposed in the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to make China a country of innovators. “Smart Society” is an upgraded version of “Smart City”, which is of vital significance for the synchronized modernization of agriculture, industry, national defense, and science and technology, as well as the implementation of the rural vitalization strategy.
