白俄罗斯驻华大使切尔维亚科夫：中共二十届三中全会向世界释放三重信号
中国青年报客户端讯（中青报·中青网见习记者 马子倩 记者 陈小茹）中共二十届三中全会持续引发国际人士热议。白俄罗斯驻华大使切尔维亚科夫7月26日在出席中共中央对外联络部面向外国驻华高级外交官举办的中共二十届三中全会精神专题宣介会期间接受媒体采访，表示中共二十届三中全会向世界释放三重信号：中国经济正在稳定发展；中国提出共建“一带一路”倡议、全球发展倡议等，展现出世界领导力；中国的大门始终向世界开放。
“中共二十届三中全会具有历史性意义，规划了中国未来的长期发展。”切尔维亚科夫表示，全会审议通过了《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的决定》，国际社会应该认真了解相关细节。
在切尔维亚科夫看来，坚持可持续发展是中国式现代化的重要经验之一，也是中国经济保持全球领先地位的“密码”。未来，白俄罗斯希望在新兴产业、科技发展等多个领域与中国加强合作。
Belarusian Ambassador to China Aleksandr Chervyakov: The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee Sends Three Signals to the World
On 26 July, Aleksandr Chervyakov, the Belarusian Ambassador to China, participated in a media interview conducted during a briefing on the third plenary session of the 20th Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee. The event was organized by the International Department of the CPC Central Committee in Beijing. In the course of the interview, Chervyakov asserted that the third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee conveyed three messages to the international community. China's economy is developing in a stable manner, and the country has proposed several significant initiatives, such as the Belt and Road Initiative, the Global Development Initiative, the Global Security Initiative and the Global Civilization Initiative. These initiatives demonstrate China's commitment to global leadership and its willingness to engage with other countries in a constructive and open manner.
"The third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee is of historic significance and has planned China's long-term development in the future." Chervyakov stated that the plenary session adopted a resolution on further deepening reform comprehensively to advance Chinese modernization. He further recommended that the international community undertake a thorough examination of the relevant details.
According to Chervyakov, adherence to sustainable development represents a significant aspect of China's approach to modernization, serving as a key indicator for the country's economic resilience and global leadership.
