Eileen Gu: Emerging from a challenging four-year period

Eileen Gu successfully reached new heights after a year. During the competition on February 9th, she delivered a flawless performance in her first run, scoring 86.58 points and setting a new personal best in slopestyle competition. She rated her performance at 90 or even a full 100 points.Having endured a grueling four-year journey, she has redefined her outlook on life. I’ve learned to distinguish what's essential. My relationship with pressure is entirely different now. I wake up each day feeling grateful—simply because I have a future to look forward to. She remains confident that the love and support surrounding her will only keep expanding.
