Amid the massive Spring Festival travel rush, 17-year-old Wei Hanyu, a first-year university student from Tianjin, commutes 90 minutes daily to serve as a volunteer at Beijing's Chaoyang Railway Station. Majoring in Spanish and international trade, she assists elderly and disabled passengers with wheelchair services, often helping over 10 individuals per day.
