In the run-up to Spring Festival 2026, a lively Intangible heritage market popped up in Guangzhou. Through lively performances, traditional foods, handicrafts and interactive markets, young inheritors and veteran masters showcased how heritage meets modern life. Kids tried lion dance moves, young visitors lined up for beef stew, and traditional crafts showed up as fashion accessories and phone charms. The event demonstrated how innovation, daily use and digital technology help ICH resonate with younger generations.
