Today, the Shanghai Youth Research Center, in collaboration with Tongcheng Travel, unveiled the “2025 Urban Youth Travel Consumption Report,” decoding the travel characteristics and evolving trends among young adults aged 18-35. The report reveals that “off-peak” travel on Fridays and “high-speed rail bookings made within three days of departure” have become standard practices for young travelers seeking enhanced travel experiences.
