作者:王玉 王梓元 来源:中国青年报客户端2025年05月05日

China’s booming short-video and live-streaming economy has opened fresh pathways for youth employment and entrepreneurship. In 2024, 29 new professions, including live-streaming recruiters and internet marketers, gained official recognition. Platforms like Kuaishou have spurred 174 digital roles, with 80% of young workers leveraging these ecosystems. Examples like Yang Yaya, who connects blue-collar jobseekers via daily livestreams, and marketer Ge Xinrui, who translates complex data into user-friendly advice, highlight how youth are reshaping careers. Experts urge vocational training upgrades and policy support to sustain growth in these innovative fields, where passion meets profession.
