From late-night debugging to global recognition

Two sophomores from Bozhou University published research in “Physics of Fluids”, combining lightweight deep learning with electrohydrodynamic atomization to create an AI monitoring system for traditional Chinese medicine production. It makes the invisible spray process visible and controllable, detecting irregularities and auto-adjusting parameters in milliseconds—boosting efficiency and reducing waste. Inspired by TCM diagnostic logic and driven by countless trials, their breakthrough proves innovation starts with curiosity and resilience.
