Wangu Carp Lantern Dance Revives as Youth Embrace Folk Art

Wangu carp lantern dance, a folk art in Chongqing’s Dazu district, is seeing new life as young people take up the tradition. Once struggling to survive, the intangible cultural heritage now attracts dozens of apprentices annually.
