China's Leap | China's Trade with Belt & Road Partners Up 6.3% in 2025
China's trade with Belt and Road partner countries grew robustly last year, reaching 23.6 trillion yuan ($3.3 trillion) in 2025, up 6.3% year-on-year and surpassing China's overall trade growth rate, customs authorities announced on Tuesday. Enhanced connectivity in transport corridors drove a 12.4% rise in land-based trade and an 8.2% increase in air shipments. Key sectors such as renewable energy and medical equipment saw notable export surges, while bilateral agricultural trade reached a record high.
