Young people are moving away from traditional employment and venturing into diverse careers

Currently, an increasing number of young people are no longer confined to traditional career choices such as those within the formal system or in large companies. Instead, they are actively pursuing various new occupations such as pet caretakers, inbound tourism planners, mountain climbing companions, rural online hosts, full-time playmates, agricultural machinery operators, and elderly-friendly renovation assessment specialists. Some of them have transformed their hobbies into career directions, while others seek a free and autonomous working state without constraints. Still others are deeply engaged in these new career paths, leveraging their professional skills to create value and gain a sense of achievement.
