China's Leap | ​Panzhou-Xingyi High-Speed Rail Launched Nov 28, Completes Guizhou's Coverage

Nov 28, 2025 – The Panzhou-Xingyi High-Speed Railway, also known as Panxing High-Speed Railway, is officially put into operation! Its opening makes Guizhou the first province in Southwest China to realize full high-speed rail coverage in all prefecture-level city centers.

Located in southwest Guizhou, the railway starts at Panzhou Station in Liupanshui City and ends at Xingyi South Station in Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture. It has a total length of 99 km and a designed speed of 250 km/h.（Photo by VCG）
