On Oct 9, the torch-lighting ceremony for the 15th National Games and China’s 12th National Paralympics and 9th National Special Olympics was held in Guangzhou. The “Haima” achieved the world’s first “deep-sea torch-lighting”. First co-hosted by Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, the Games will have innovations like cross-border events.
