2025 World Festival of Youth Opens in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia

Local time September 18, the 2025 World Festival of Youth officially opened in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia. The World Festival of Youth was initiated by Russian President Vladimir Putin himself. The event is part of Russia's national project "Youth and Children".

This World Festival of Youth has attracted about 2,000 youth representatives from more than 120 countries and regions around the world. The organizers will hold a number of thematic seminars focusing on themes such as media development, creative industries, public administration, entrepreneurship, sports, educational science, digitalization and information technology.

At the event site, the organizers also held a variety of colorful activities to welcome youth representatives from all countries. The 2025 World Festival of Youth will run until September 21.
