Multiple Chinese players advance to BWF World Championships last 16

On Day 3 of the 2025 BWF World Championships, 11 of 13 Chinese entries progressed to the round of 16. Men’s doubles pair Liang Weikeng/Wang Chang beat a Spanish pair in straight games, while world No.1 Shi Yuqi cruised into the last 16. Olympic champion Chen Yufei defeated a Danish opponent in three games. Several other Chinese singles and doubles players also advanced. (Source: CCTV news)
