Xiamen’s Youth Night School Links Volunteering to Learning

In Siming District, Xiamen, young volunteers can now convert service hours into discounted tuition at local youth night schools. The “work hours for class hours” scheme offers 20% off for regular volunteers and 40% off for star volunteers with over 30 hours of annual service.
