Data in China | Up 2.9% in H1! China's foreign trade shows steady performance

China's total goods imports and exports in yuan-denominated terms rose to 21.79 trillion yuan in the first half of 2025, up 2.9 percent year on year, according to data released by China's General Administration of Customs on July 14. The growth rate accelerated from a rise of 2.5 percent registered in the first five months of the year, demonstrating the steady performance of China's foreign trade.
