Minor Heat heralds the arrival of intense summer heat, though it hasn't yet reached its zenith. Among its cherished traditions is the custom of eating dumplings during the first "Dog Days." Known as "bitter summer," this time often sees people losing their appetite. Dumplings, a staple in Chinese cuisine, are believed to be the perfect remedy to stimulate the appetite and bring comfort during this challenging period.
