The demand for AI related positions in this year's graduate job market is increasing

At the recent Spring Graduate Employment Fair "National Heavy Machinery" held by Tsinghua University, several companies have clearly established AI related positions such as "AI Technology Experts". Compared to previous years, the number of recruits for these positions has increased, and the division of job responsibilities has become more detailed. Most companies hope to have composite talents with AI capabilities to empower the development of different industries. Xie Jin, Director of the Career Development Center, Tsinghua University, stated that graduates should maintain an open attitude, actively embrace employment changes, seize opportunities, and embrace challenges.
