China Officially Unveils Names for Lunar Suit and Lunar Rover

he names for the lunar suit and manned lunar rover of China's manned lunar exploration mission have recently been finalized. The lunar suit has been named "Wangyu", and the manned lunar rover has been named "Tansuo".
"Wangyu" echoes the name of the "Feitian" extravehicular suit used for space station missions, conveying China's firm stance of peacefully utilizing space in the development of its aerospace industry. "Tansuo" signifies the exploration and practice of the unknown world, reflecting the core mission of the lunar rover to assist Chinese people in exploring the mysteries of the moon
